PAX Australia has announced that the Tabletop Hall will return and be bigger than ever, with eBay as the presenting partner, and Games Workshop will be at PAX Aus for the first time, alongside returning games like Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, and more.
For the first time, Games Workshop will be at PAX Australia. This will offer fans the chance to shop for the latest Warhammer or Warhammer 40K products, check out learn-to-play sessions, and participate in learn-to-paint workshops.
In another PAX Aus first, MetaZoo and the fresh base set off the back of its March 2025 launch will also be at the show, with the team here to show you how to play and get into this ‘beasties‘ focused TCG.
After its huge success last year, Disney Lorcana will return with ‘Learn to Play’ events, on-demand games, and other games on display from Ravensburger, including their board and puzzle games.
Magic: The Gathering will have the upcoming ‘Marvel’s Spider-Man’ set on show, and you’ll be able to enter the multiverse in the Magic Play Area with a free welcome deck and a beginner demonstration. There will also be other MTG tournaments happening across the three days, as well as a special event.
The big board games will all be in the Tabletop Hall as you’d expect from Dungeons and Dragons, Stonemaier Games, Good Games Publishing, Keymaster Games, Chaosium and more.
Bandai Card Games are bringing One Piece, Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World, Digimon Card Game, and the upcoming Gundam Card Game. VR Distribution will bring games featuring big-name licenses such as The Witcher, The Lord of the Rings, Lilo & Stitch, LEGO, and more. Fans of CATAN will also be able to check out the 6th edition of the game, and the latest set from Star Wars: Unlimited will be on display for attendees to explore.
Those in attendance will have the chance to complete challenges around the tabletop hall and win prizes from eBay. They’ll also be hosting a Magic: The Gathering live play event on Friday night, featuring special guests and more.
