Hasbro’s Wizards of the Coast division, best known for owning the tabletop roleplaying game Dungeons & Dragons and trading card game Magic: The Gathering, shadow-dropped a new TTRPG this week. And while it’s basically “D&D in (futuristic) outer space,” it’s actually based on a video game that won’t be released until at least sometime in 2026.
Exodus’ Traveler’s Handbook core volume and Encyclopedia supplement are available in print only from a sparse website that links to the Exodus video game’s more robust homepage.
A character sheet is free to download.
The sci-fi video game, described as “a new AAA science fiction action-adventure role-playing game franchise from Archetype Entertainment,” is anticipated to be available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
