Beadle & Grimm’s Forgotten Realms Premium Map Collection (First Look)

Beadle & Grimm’s, the publisher best known for their high-end tabletop RPG accessories, has just unveiled a new product entitled the Forgotten Realms Premium Map Collection. Designed primarily for Dungeon Masters, as the name suggests, the set is all about bring the lands of Faerûn to life with a series of high-quality, immersive maps.

The collection is coming out this November around the same time as Wizards of the Coast’s two new Forgotten Realms books, Heroes of Faerûn and Adventures in Faerûn, and you can pre-order your copy now via the B&G website.

So just what new wonders await in this cartographic cache of the Realms? Below, we map out all the details.

What’s included in the B&G Forgotten Realms Premium Map Collection?

The new box set contains the following:

  • Canvas Map of Faerûn: This large format piece is based on new work created by ENNIE award-winning cartographer Francesca Baerald specifically for the set.
  • DM Screen: This is another new product created just for the set that features original artwork depicting Icewind Dale and Baldur’s Gate on the exterior and reference tables on the inside that are specific to the Forgotten Realms, including details on key regions, locations and lore.
  • Battle Maps: This makes up the bulk of the set and that are 36 maps in total (12 large-scale regional maps, 19 gridded battle maps and 5 adventure-specific maps).

How much is B&G Forgotten Realms Premium Map Collection?

The Premium Map collection box set retails for $236 USD (not including shipping and handling), which is comparable to some of the other recent sets we’ve seen (such as the Dungeon Master’s Guide Premium Map Collection). Notably, the B&G website does also offer interest-free instalments via their ShopPay program, if you don’t want to pay everything up front.

Also, it’s worth noting that if you do pre-order the set before October 8th, 2025, you can snag an extra 10% discount.

When is the new the Forgotten Realms Premium Map Collection coming out?

The new Beadle & Grimm’s box set is slated for released in November of 2025 (although an exact data has yet to be confirmed). Bear in mind that some extra time may be required for shipping. Also bear in mind that both Heroes of Faerûn and Adventures in Faerûn will be released on November 11th, 2025, so you should have the maps available around then if you are planning on using them in conjunction with the new D&D books.

Final Thoughts

Beadle & Grimm’s produces some absolutely amazing products (check out our recent review of the Dragon Delves DM Vault as one such example), so the quality of this new set is likely going to be high. It’s also likely going to make a great pairing with the new Forgotten Realms D&D sourcebooks, but it remains to be seen just how it all comes. together.
