‘Goonies: Never Say Die’ Board Game – Save the Goon Docks And Over 50%

November 15, 2025

Goonies: Never Say Die has way more RPG elements than you might expect and enough adventure for multiple playthroughs.

Frosthaven is unquestionably great. HeroQuest is a beloved classic. But you know what is unquestionably great and a beloved classic? The Goonies!

Goonies: Never Say Die is an Underrated RPG Board Game

Goonies: Never Say Die might not be what you expect when you look at the box. It plays very similarly to games like HeroQuest. The game has a Goondocks Master, or GM, and the remaining players play as the Goonies. There’s an adventure book with multiple adventures, and different maps, objectives, special effects, and more based on the specific adventure.

The game uses dice checks for things like combat, searching, and more. The game uses custom dice and players and the GM will gain and lose tokens to modify the size of their dice to improve their chances of success. But failure can grant the other side additional tokens to use in later rolls.

There are monsters to fight, booty traps to avoid, and treasure to find.

Fans of the movie will love adding this game to their collection and for over 50% off, it’s hard to turn it down. In fact, there is also an expansion available as well, which adds even more adventures.

The Goonies Under The Goondocks

This expansion adds new foes, treasures, and characters over three exciting adventures. It’s 44% off right now!

Troy and his father’s plan to turn the Goondocks into a country club have failed. But since The Goonies discovered that One-Eyed Willie’s treasure was real, Troy has been searching for it out of spite. You must stop him before he unleashes the evils below The Goondocks! With the help of Stef, Andy, and Brand, you must stop Troy from finding One-Eyed-Willie’s treasure before it’s too late!
