The Witcher RPG has a new Humble Bundle out right now that will get you all of the titles in the collection for just $15.
R. Talsorian Games’ The Witcher RPG really puts in the work of recreating the feel of the classic games. It’s one of the unexpected fruits of the collaboration between R. Talsorian and CD Projekt RED. And I think it might have slipped by a lot of folks’ radars. But, now’s your chance to take a big bite out of the possibilities for a reasonable price, because the Witcher RPG Humble Bundle gathers together six books for $15 and tosses a coin to charity to boot.
Witcher RPG Humble Bundle
This Humble Bundle has the entire collection of The Witcher RPG books to date. This includes the core rulebook, the bardtastic Book of Tales adventure book and more. We’ll get into each of the books. But, for less than the cost of one of the books on its own, you can get the whole enchilada.
Not only that, but you benefit charity as well. All Humble Bundles do that. And in this case, you’ll benefit Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. CMN Hospitals is an organization that raises funds and awareness for children’s hospitals—you might be familiar with them from things like the Child’s Play charity drive. They do a lot for kids in need, so you can feel good about getting your newest RPG obsession.
“Evil is evil—and great games are great games. Pay what you want to explore The Continent like never before. Will you fight with strength and valor like Geralt of Rivia? Or forge your own path as an elf, dwarf, gnome, werebbubb, or vran, and set off on unknown adventures with your party. Get the The Witcher Tabletop RPG core rulebook, the The Witcher: Tome of Chaos campaign, and more for a price you choose. Spare a coin and help support the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals with your purchase.”
Here’s a quick rundown of everything you’ll get in the Witcher RPG Humble Bundle.
- The Witcher Core Rulebook – This is the main book you need to play the RPG. It’s worth the price of admission alone. In it are nine classes: Bards, Craftsmen, Criminals, Doctors, Mages, Men At Arms, Merchants, Priests, and Witchers. You also get an in-depth guide to the setting.
- The Witcher: A Book of Tales – Six adventures that can be run as a campaign or an anthology of individual adventures, as well as new weapons, spells, and playable options like Gnomes, Vran,, and Werebbubbs.
- Tome of Chaos – This is the big magic book for the Witcher RPG. It is packed full of spells in all forms, from invocations to rituals and hexes and signs. You can also learn about necromancy, demons, and other dark arts.
- A Witcher’s Journal – Travel back to the Golden Age of Witchers in this expansion book that adds new monsters from the old days, as well as rules for creating your own “exceptional monsters” for boss fights and the like, especially higher vampires and true dragons. But it also has rules for solving mysteries and conducting investigations.
- Lords & Lands – This is an expansion book, hands down. It’s mostly aimed at GMs, with rules for making NPCs and running your own kingdom, but players will probably enjoy the rules for Halflings and the new Noble class.
- The Witcher: Easy Mode – This digital expansion is basically like quickstart rules for the game. You get streamlined rules, pregen characters, and allthe stuff you need to get newbies into the game.
The Witcher RPG Humble Bundle runs for the next ten or so days!
