Warhammer 40K: Suboden Khan Up Close

October 11, 2025

The master of the White Scars’ 1st Brotherhood is here. Suboden Khan is in the studio and we’re taking an up close look at the miniature.

As part of the new White Scars Combat Patrol that’s up for Pre-order this weekend Suboden Khan is all about speed! Roaring in on a grav bike and packing some serious wargear this miniature is looking great for White Scars players out there. So let’s hit the gas and check out this new miniature up close!

Suboden Khan – Master of the 1st Brotherhood

As you can see from the miniature Suboden Khan has a ton of great details. But one other thing that I really appreciate about this one is all that flat space. His grav bike has been dubbed Thunder and I think that it looks fantastic. I like all the small details on it like the leather straps or metal inlays. But again, those long panels are just begging for some cool paint work.

That’s really one of the nice things about Space Marines. All that flat space can be kept clean and neat. Or you can really go nuts with freehand, decals, or whatever you want. Suboden Khan’s miniature really has a lot of that open space to work with and I think the community is going to have a blast with this one.

Oh one other thing to mention is that this miniature does have a helmeted option as well. So if you prefer to keep your helmets on, you can do that with the Khan.

I also like that the pose is giving me “Akira-slide” vibes. Maybe that’s one of the reasons the photos of it sideways look so good. Anyhow, if you’re looking to pick this miniature up for your White Scars collection, your first chance is with the Combat Patrol that’s up for pre-order this weekend.  Eventually, he’ll get a solo release. But for now, if you want to strike fast, the Combat Patrol is your best bet.

Anyone else hoping we see more grav bikes in the future?
